Responsibility

1. Organize to prepare, conduct and facilitate hazard identification, risk analysis and mitigation plan;
2. Maintain and review on SMS Documentation regularly;
3. Organize and prepare the staff Safety Training with training management section;
4. Conduct safety inspection and safety investigation as assigned;
5. Prepare, conduct and follow up safety audits as assigned.

Requirements

1. University degree or above in aviation engineering;
2. Holder of Aviation Maintenance Engineer License and AACM/CAAC/HKCAD/IATA recognized SMS Training Certificate;
3. A minimum of 5 years' experience in aircraft/engine maintenance, which include at least 2 years' experience on CRS, QC or QA, and 2 years' experience in SMS;
4. Have knowledge of the Airworthiness Authority regulations (AACM, EASA, CAAC or equivalent);
5. Have knowledge of SMS requirements on airline or MRO;
6. Understanding of the concepts and aims of Safety Inspection and Safety Inspection;
7. Good communication skills of both written and oral Chinese and English.
